Goal Keeper Workshop Held on 3rd April 2012
Great number show for the first club organised training session ! First session was a Goal Keeper workshop, and the turn up was very good for both juniors and older kids. A massive thanks goes out to James Rankin from NDSFA who conducted the workshop and the helpers who turned up on the night.
Don't forget the second part to this keeper workshop will be held at Pitt Park on Wednesday the 2nd of May.

Grass Root Coaches Training Sessions 10th March 2012
The coach training sessions are still on tomorrow. Please bring your boots if possible, as the ground will be a bit slippery.
Session Times:
Ages 6, 7 and 8: 9am - 12pm
Ages 9 and up: 1pm - 4pm
The sessions will be held by James Rankin.
Don't forget the BBQ being held at 12 for all participants, those attending the afternoon session welcome to arrive early .

It was a great honour this season to grant Life Memberships to 6 members of our club.
The life members are : Graeme Paterson, Frances Lawson-Cohen, Nick Samios,
Trish Samios, Alfredo Grasselli and Chris Sweeney.
Their long term involvement and amazing committment are what the club is built on.

Great session on Stretching for Growing Athletes
Thanks to OLIVER WEBER from 'Wentworth Falls Physiotherapy' ,
who donated his time and expertise to run the session. The focus was
stretching to improve performance and decrease injury in growing athletes.
This workshop will be run again early next season .
